Every restaurant starts on the Pro plan for a 14 days free trial. You can build your menu, customize your page, generate QR codes, and try table ordering with the order dashboard. Once you're satisfied, you can purchase the Basic plan or stay on Pro anytime before the trial ends.
No. Customers scan a QR code and the menu opens in their phone browser — no downloads, no accounts, no friction.
Yes. Upgrade from Basic to Pro anytime. If you downgrade, Pro features are disabled but your data is preserved and your menu can still be accessed by customers. You can switch back whenever you're ready.
In Gambia we accept mobile money payments including Wave and AfriMoney. For international customers we accept credit and debit cards. Manual activation is also available — contact us if you prefer to pay in person or via bank transfer.

You'll get reminders before your subscription ends. If it lapses, your dashboard stays accessible in read-only mode and your public menu remains visible for a period of 14 days. Pro features are paused until you renew.
